"萘馆的青是奶油挞", also known as Green Tea Cream Cake in the Teahouse, is part of the Season 7 "Fairy Tale Town" by Kitty Inkpot, an independent Chinese inkmaker. This pale ink shades beautiful tones of teal and blue with the cutest light brown haloing. 

Swatches are written on Tomoe River Paper with glass dip pen.
